I have an 8ft H&I with featherweight mark in the decal. Based on checking out the decals I think the rod was made in 1930's. Is there any info on this model in print as to line weight? If not I have seen somewhere there is process with putting weight on the end of the rod until it bends a certain amount. If not I guess I should just start a 5 weight line and go from there. Any suggestions.
Thanks in advance
