Sears Roebuck Meadow Brook Flies

I purchased 6 Meadow Brook flies (new in box) at an auction today and can't find much info on them. I believe that they were sold by Sears Roebuck. The only info and/or pics that I found online were for lures, not flies. I have never seen these before and would appreciate any info on them.

Sears and Roebuck sold a bamboo fly rod with Meadow Brook stamped on the reel mount. I am guessing that they probably sold a number of other fly fishing items with the same branding. I would be curious what flies they recommended, but realize my responding to your post is a little dated now.
