I agree with Jim, I'm real impressed and glad that I'll be able to be there this year. I will be bringing a rod or two that have been hard to match a line to.

Hey Paul and all of the Bamboo Bash Guys and Gals. Anna and I will be there. Glad to know about the classroom presentations at Little River Outfitters. I always love attending those and it looks like a great line up for this year. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Yea, thought so.
Sometimes I just find myself at the right place at the right time. Look what I found:
Here is a timely link to a great short video featuring our BambooBash20 Friday TackleTalk speaker
................. - Supervisory Fishery Biologist Matt Kulp of the National Park Service -
discussing the very topic of this year's gathering, native trout management in Great Smoky Mountains NP.

Can any one recommend a good campground close to the gathering. Martha and I are thinking of attending!

Hey Tom!
Camping in a Great Smoky May can be great!
In addition to the Olde Mill, these two other campgrounds have served the Bash attendees well in the past:

Hope to see you there!!

We might add... If a room comes available, it's cheaper than staying at the campground. Rooms are $35/night and the new camping fee is $50... nuf said??

Tom, Don't you worry... the crowd at the Bash is very much like our group at Denton Ferry. Martha will be well supported as well. The area is reminiscent of Cotter and prices are the same or lower. Also a very nice fly shop close by that we use for presentations... Little River Outfitters. You should be very comfortable.

I think what this thread needs is a few photos from the 2019 Bash. I'm pretty sure the 2020 Bash will set a new high water mark :pipe
