The reel seat has come unglued and is separating from the rod just below the cork. Is there anyway to just glue it or does it have to be rebuilt first?

I can't see by the picture where the reel seat is separating. If it's starting to gap at the top, between the seat and the cork, you might need to see if the cap at the end of seat is pinned and remove the pin. If there is no pin, just get a large ziplock bag (gallon size would work) and stick the butt end in the bag and loosely wrap the bag around the seat and grip. While holding at the top end of the grip, immerse the seat in boiling water for a minute or two, remove and with a gloved hand see if you can get the reel seat to budge. Yes, you probably need remove the seat and reglue. No, there should be no rebuilding required.
