sn 0195 model Bakelite length 7' 1/2 wght 3 3/4 2/2 (replacement?)
Notes: 1941 Wes Jordan, similarities to sn 0193. Bakelite impregnated(?) very dark with varnish over. Wraps are Pongee/Tan tipped with Orvis brown. Butt and 1st tip marked 0195 and next line is #1, 1st tip is bakelite .066 tip, 2nd tip is varnished and not bakelite (replacement?) exact same male ferrule, .078 tip. Guides are American twist, stripping guide is a small ring. Reel seat wood spacer(sumac?) gold annodized aluminum downlocking reel screw nut and blued ns butt cap marked "Makers / Charles Orvis Co./ Inc /Manchester Vt" . Dark blued ferrules, top & bottom cork check, butt cap. Ring and strap hook keeper. Signature wraps from cork - dark(D), light(L), hook keeper, L, 2D, 3L, 2D, 3L, 1D, then serial number. Green bag, Brown Synthane tube w/female-threaded cap and paper label is missing.
Edit: Wraps are not pongee, after pulling some thread they match chestnut (light cinnamon YLI 227), and tipping java brown (chocolate YLI 234)
butt and ferrules are not blued but painted.
