I get them from those idiots every time I post a WTB ad. The first sign is bad English when they respond to your email and they only take PayPal friends and family.

All the moderators have global privs, which work across the entire forum. We're not all logged in at the same time, so if one mod sees something and no other mod is logged in, that mod is more than welcome to handle the issue.
