I just received an email that Eldridge Hardie has passed away.

I had the pleasure of having him work on a project for me.
They dont get more real then him.

Eldridge was one of Americas great sport artists with subjects on bird hunting and fly angling.

I could not do any justice but to suggest folks review the body of his work.

He did a project for me that I hold most dear.

His paintings feature quite often in Gray’s Sporting Journal. There are two short pieces about him on their website

One of my very favorite sporting artists. I am fortunate to have a few of his limited edition prints signed by him.

My condolences to his family, many friends and fans.
