Trout Trickster "Brookie" bamboo rod from Wisconsin 1998

Good morning. First time on forum, as I inherited a few bamboo rods and have started some research. Been flyfishing since the 80s but never held or fished a bamboo rod. I'm going to post these on here because they seem to have history and this seems like a group that would be interested.

This rod is a 6' 4wt two-piece handmade rod for a TU chapter back in 1998. My inquiry into the chapter found that in the 90s a fella named Tom Deer was known as the Trout Trickster rod builder. That's it. There may not be more than that. The rod looks unused (as most of these rods I took ownership of do).

If anyone knows anything about this I'd be curious to hear. Thanks!
