Hello. Rod is a DR Stone PHY Midge 6’3” blank I finished out a few years ago. Reel is a Hardy Perfect LHW with 4wt peach.

The access is ridiculously easy. Most fish a larger river that it dumps into. But I do fish alone for a reason....Image

I know that river, the upper reaches run thru my back yard, but I rarely fish it. Not much STILL water there.

Where do you live/fish. It looks pretty green for this time of year, or is that all coniferous greenery. Nice fish and photos.

You're making Connecticut look way better than I would have imagined possible, let alone in February.
