Northeast state river. Will be tough if not a local. Extra point if you can also name the dirt road the bridge is on.

Funny, I thought it may have been the Ramapo actually. I only seriously fish 2 and a half river in NJ, and this doesn't look like any of them, so I'm out.

Not Ramapo or I assume you mean the Capoolong. I’ll say it’s closer to the Ramapo then Capoolong.

I don't think it's Bear Swamp, although maybe it's the second bridge near that abandoned foundation? I don't think the water from upstream is pushing hard enough to be that location, though.

Part of me wonders if it's the North Branch of the Raritan, but I feel like I'm just spewing names now.

Hint - It's a put and take river. Doesn't holdover trout well due to thermal issues.

Could be either Tiorati Brook or Stony Point Creek based on size, proximity to Ramapo, and put-and-take.

Eric:

I think you meant Cedar Pond Brook, not Stony Point Creek. I grew up within a mile of it and fished it in my teenage years.

Did you know that Theodore Gordon fished it?

Could be. I used the name I used when I lived there (Rockland Cty) many moons ago, and yes, I'm aware Gordon fished the area.

Upper Passaic? Shot in the dark, never fished it. Heard it's interesting, but I don't fish stocked streams unless they have a shot at some wilds.
