I grew up in TX, and I fished those Hill Country streams a ton when I lived in Austin during the '90s. Your posts always make me nostalgic for those waters. That is a beautiful bass for a river of that sort, and I always smile to see a Rio Grande Cichlid--such a wonderful fish. Thanks for taking me back!
