Cleaning out a relative's shop and found quite a few stripped bamboo rod sections, ferruled and blank. Mostly butt and tips.Do these have any use/value? Some are marked with masking tape "76-9" or have partial decals, like"Mont...." Tomato stakes?

If the bamboo is in good condition there is value. Lengths ferrule sizes and pictures would help.
