M.A. Shipley rod missing tip top

I have a Shipley rod with a missing tip top. Looking to buy one for repair.
OD is 110 and has a red agate insert.

Wow! Even the rod bag. I have seen very few MA Shipley rods over the years and this is a beauty! Are the rails formed or seamed and soldered on the reel seat?
