Douglas DJ Duck rods

Does anyone know how many rods Mr. Duck completed?
I have in my files, maybe from this forum, that the first rod made was labelled #1942; maybe the serial number of a relatively late Duck rod would give a rough idea of the total made?
Thanks all; best for 2021.

If I am remembering correctly, Rick Cunningham has Doug's ledger. Last I heard, Rick was in Ranger, Texas. I don't know if he is still active.

Rick is in Ranger. He's pretty much retired from making rods,

Not related to your question, but I acquired one of Douglas Ducks No. 9 1/2 block planes from his estate and have used it in my own rodmaking for the last 20+ years.
