Small 'ghost' net?

or however that dang word is written! : ) Use this forum to discuss those things that are related to, directly, or indirectly, fly fishing, i.e., tackle, catalogs, single malt scotch, cigar preferences, pipes, camera gear, etc. This is sort of an off topic area but one related to bamboo and fly fishing.

Small 'ghost' net?

#1

Post by Flyman615 »

Does anyone know of a source for a small (16" to 18" overall) landing net made with a 'ghost' rubber bag?

Thanks in advance!

The Solitude Silver Creek net is the smallest net with ghost bag that I"ve found in the current market. It's 19.5" overall which is bit longer than what your seeking, but it's a nice little net. The only thing I would say is a negative is that it has a ruler marked in the basket...you won't be able to "stretch the truth" about the size of fish you net with it....:)
