#21I would just call the local chapter of the boy scouts you want to give to, and ask them to tell you how they prefer you to write the bequest. (They may even offer a volunteer attorney to help you prepare it.) I suggest contacting the local because naming the beneficiary can be tricky between the national & local, and conditioning the gift on the local maintaining a fly tying badge can also be tricky. If you do get a lawyer for estate planning, they will probably end up contacting the local for the same reasons. My guess is the Boy Scouts has addressed the basic issue you raise many, many times before.
