#41Thanks, appreciate it. Sometimes I take a long break doing streamside shots, then, years later, it reminds me that I was there, really. This was a fall Sierra shot, along a nice little stream that flowed well all season, sunlight and quaking leaves. 7' Edwards Autograph, Hardy Flyweight, DT4,

#42Bamboo rods look better when they are hung up against a British Columbia fishing camp cabin. Here's a 9' Winston 6 weight paired with a Hardy Perfect, a 9' Granger Champion 6 weight with Battenkill reel and a Granger Victory 8642 5 weight with a Farlows reel.
The rods caught a few Kamploops Trout as well.

#52Since fall has fallen in the Sierra, my 7' Edwards on a fine day on a rocky stream. Risers even as the weather turns chilly. Snow has already fallen, and we all pray El Nino breaks the droughty grip of his bad sister, La Nina, the dry one.

#58For my money, fly fishing doesn’t get any more “classic” than this post.roycestearns wrote: ↑10/28/21 00:07Here's a C.F.
