Hi all, hope you are all doing well!
Have been intrigued by the Gyotaku-technique to produce fish prints.
Short on time otherwise I might give it a try myself.
So I have wondered for a while who does really nice and hopefully half affordable Gyotakus?
Do you have any first hand recommendations?
Albeit the ones from John Gierach that I liked are sold out.
So any advise would be welcome :-)!
Thank you and best regards

#2I know a few guys who have bought from people on sites and been impressed... I have not seen them first hand...

#3Mark Smith is a fishing guide on the Henrys Fork who has done excellent gyotaku prints of trout, bonefish and other gamefish on handmade paper. Not sure if he's still doing it, but you can look up marksmithfishart to search for his work.
