Hello,

It appears that the "S" handle and outer rim are one piece.

Is that correct?

Thank you - I am extremely pleased that you all love what I am doing!

Here is another reel I've just finished for a good friend of mine! It is features a Cassette Spool locking system and to my knowledge this is the first Ti reel ever made with this system! On a special order basis can be designed to fit any standard plastic cassette spools available on the market today! Also it has a totally sealed multy disc drag system - thus ideal for saltwater applications! Not actually a Classic Design Reel - but I hope you also like it! :)

... the reel has an adjustable traditional Click Drag Mechanism... Can be either set as a LHR or RHR! The full specs will be up on the site later today or tomorrow...
