A meal that makes Lent easier

#1

Post by Mike N »

Lenten meatless Friday’s are always made bit easier when your spouse prepares fried whole Bronzino with a Thai sauce, lobster bisque and risotto for dinner. Head-on whole fish always tastes better to me for some reason, perhaps because it resembles a fish plaque.

Wonderful looking dinner Mike! I am a bisque guy also.
Never had that fish dish, head on yes, but snapper.

Mike,
That does look tasty, and I've been off my feed lately.
