#5The fish was scored with a sharp knife to allow the flavors to absorb, then marinaded in the refrigerator for 24 hours with sliced whole garlic, sushi quality soy, fish sauce, a bit of water and a touch of oyster sauce (along with the sliced whole fresh mushrooms).
I cook the rice separately because the soy in the fish marinade is too strong.
It’s really quite easy if you plan Saturday’s meal on Thursday.
