error messages when trying to send PMs

Cannot send PMs anymore. There is an error message every time I try it. Do you know the problem?

Try logging out then logging back in, then try posting or PM'ing.

Marouf, does the problem arise when trying to send a PM to one member, or is it any member?

Also, is that the entire error message? There are ellipses after the "string" and I was wondering if there was more to the error message.
