Posting Pictures From Photobucket

Use this forum for Q&A of a technical nature, i.e., PC, cache, screen related problems, picture resizing, avatars and the like. We will also post facts here for you and instructions of a how-to nature which should make things more fun for you by eliminating some of the frustration with posting photos, etc. Thanks.

Posting Pictures From Photobucket

I see when I make a post the button for Photobucket is still there. When I click on it I get an error. Is this normal now?
I am still using Photobucket and would like the simplicity of the button.
Any suggestions?

It's a javascript thing and phpBB hasn't put up any updates for that in a long while.

Thanks Mark.
Any chance they would?
Otherwise is there an easy way to post pictures from Photobucket?

Dunno. Haven't seen an update yet that takes care of that problem. Maybe in the next update.

Easiest way I know is just to use the "Full Editor" button and then the "Img" button at the top of the editor window after copying the image URL from Photobucket.

Note, this works for any image hosting service.

I deleted my 700+ image library at Photobucket a couple years back and will never, ever use them again. I've simply used Postimage since with generally good results and so far see no need to look elsewhere.
