Curious my laptop IP is blocked

Any idea why this might be? I get some link to spamhaus after I get repeated denials in responding to posts, saying my IP is blacklisted. I have a screenshot if needed.

I have had the same issue a few times in the past. It was always when my laptop was connected through the hotspot on my phone. Not sure why, but can say it was frustrating trying to post.

Means your ISP has some IP addresses in a range that are being blacklisted by spamhaus. Your ISP needs to get in touch with spamhaus and get their legitimate IP addresses delisted. Nothing we can do on our end here at the forum. It's between your ISP and spamhaus. They may have bought up an IP domain that had spammers on it before they got it. Or they may have had spammers in their domain.

Different web sites and forums use different spam blocking sites. Your ISP has a block of addresses that were reported to the spam blocking sites we use and they have blocked those IP addresses. Your ISP needs to get in touch with spamhaus and get those IP addresses unblocked.
