Payne Bonefish Rod Taper

Can anyone shed light or history on the Payne Bonefish Rod(s)? A taper would be of particular interest.

Could this be the Model 400 taper found in several databases?

I make and fish bamboo for Bonefish & other SW species having special interest in the Payne and Dickerson "big rods".

Was great to see and cast the 9'-6" Dickerson(962013?) Sante had at Catskills a few years back.

Any feedback is appreciated.
