Hardy Tealweight or FlyWeight. Orvis 123. But why not go nutz and get a Bogdan Baby Trout?

I would suggest the Duchess, either the 2 3/4 or 3’.
The 3’ suits my 7’ #3 very well, both in looks and balance.

I would suggest a Saracione 2 3/4" S handle reel. I have an all black Saracione 2 3/4" reel that I use on my rod and it is gorgeous, balances the rod well and works like a charm.

I would suggest a Hardy St George Jr as a nice reel to go with your new rod.
I could also suggest a Saracione 2 3/4" S handle reel, or alternatively, a Peerless 7M reel; I use both of these reels. The Saracione I have is a black one (looks like a Bogdan reel).
