I recently was recommended to buy and read Robert Smith's book "The North Country Fly". I really enjoyed his writing about the classic Yorkshire spiders and its rich history. The photos are awesome too. Great book worth reading.

Bob's book is really nicely done.

Published in 2008, it seems Paul Morgan is now selling this book at steep discounts, as I believe the publishing house is no more. This has to be one of the best buys of recent times.....
