Hardy neroda fly box

or however that dang word is written! : ) Use this forum to discuss those things that are related to, directly, or indirectly, fly fishing, i.e., tackle, catalogs, single malt scotch, cigar preferences, pipes, camera gear, etc. This is sort of an off topic area but one related to bamboo and fly fishing.

Hi
Looking for any info on a Deep Set Hardy Neroda fly box that has no Hardy stamp on either side.
Thanks

I believe the Hardy "Neroda" boxes were actually outsourced by Hardy, perhaps from Wheatley. They were also sold by third parties without the Hardy logo. You find them sometimes with two Hardy logos, a Hardy logo on one side only, or no logos. The latter were likely sold by someone other than Hardy. Other "Hardy" accessories are also found unbranded for the same reason.

Have a lovely Neroda fly box with stripped screws at the hinge. Any repair suggestions?
Thanks
