Rod guides made to order?

I have some older rods that is in need of new rings. They use the old «bridge» type of rings, that have the legs placed at two flats oposite of each other. I would like too keep this style, but they are long out of production. So, I wonder if it is possible to get these made to order somwhere?
Any input is appreciated.

I have some, salvaged from UK rods, and if you can furnish me with mounting dimensions I'll check my stash. Having guides like that made may be feasible but probably not cost-effective. Contact me through the PM system.
