In case you hadn't heard, Frank Moore has passed at 98
WWII veteran (Normandy vet)

Sad news. RIP Frank.

If your ashes are sprinkled in the NU we’ll be seeing each other on the river soon.

Teter. Thanks for posting this link. Having heard so many stories and praise for Frank but never meeting him it gave me a small picture of why people admired him so much. RIP Frank and thank you for all you did for both our Country and The Umpqua River Jerry

Frank has been a legend here on the west coast and especially the North Umpqua river. May peace be with his family. Bless them and rest his kind soul.
