#71I have a great group of friends that love to ride ATVs; our focus has been on the intermountain west from northern Idaho & southwest Montana to Southern Utah & Northern Arizona. First photo is an overlook of Henry's Lake, Island Park Idaho. Second photo is Hidden Lake MT, near Island Park, Idaho. (First time I had been there since the fire last year). Third photo is Sheep Falls, Idaho (near the southwest corner of Yellowstone NP). Fourth photo is Murdock Basin (High Unitas, near Kamas, Utah), Fifth photo is Hell's Backbone near Escalante, Utah. Sixth photo is Casto Canyon near Panquitch, Utah.

#76Hey guys, I realize this thread is a few weeks old but I thought I would share some of my projects. Hope you find them interesting. Woodworking is my third favorite thing to do. Fishing of course is second. Covid hit and I vowed to stay busy. Retirement can be boring if you don't keep busy right?
My Covid Projects..
My son and I built a drift boat. He lives in CA and I in NY so it took a few trips to get it done.
We had to get there and didn't want to fly. Good excuse to build a Woody Teardrop.
Next was an attempt at fish carving to commemerate some of our fishing trips. basswood and some spray paint and enamels.
Guitars Banjos and Ukuleles were next. I play and collect guitars, my son plays clawhammer banjo and my 5 year old grandson is going to be given ukulele lessons in kindergarten. I think we played in a sand box and stacked big wooden blocks. Not sure I can remember that far back.
So keep busy my friends. Try new things. Explore new places. Have Fun!!

#77Wow, is all I can say. I believe flyfishers are by nature more creative and poetic and bamboo amplifies the effect. Beautiful rifles, paintings, bikes, instruments, photos and members. Oh, and so many wonderful bamboo rods. I'm no expert at anything but I piddle with some wood working and other nonsense. (robincostelle.com)

#78I collect first edition books on fly fishing for trout. Trout only though the collection does include fly tying. Currently I am just under 600 titles. Many signed, a few limited editions and a few very scarce. My oldest is from 1838.
I also collect post cards of Ruffed Grouse. Strange I know, but for some reason I was attracted to this years ago. I remember not being able to collect shotguns, way out of my financial league, so the cards took their place. I guess it comes from my fascination with hunting that bird.

#80I have an interest in old motorcycles. I don’t ride, I got that out of my system, and there’s peace in the valley with my wife. But that ancient iron is a testament to low tech machinery.
