My normal suppliers for nickel silver rod are out of stock on .250 and.281.
I only make a few ferrules a year so I don’t need a huge amount.
I’m looking to buy a few feet of each but need a new source. Any ideas?

Texas Knife Makers:https://www.texasknife.com/vcom/index.php

Jantz: https://knifemaking.com/products/nickel ... 5ebd&_ss=r

USA Knifemaker: https://usaknifemaker.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=rod

Jantz looks like it is out of .2500 and USA does not appear to have any at all?

Not sure if that helps, but...never know.

Thanks for your quick response. Jantz and online metals have been my suppliers in the past. I’m not sure why everyone seems to have stock issues now.

I use Online Metals for all ferrule stock. 5/16” (0.312) and 3/8” (0.375) for Nickel Silver, Duronze, and Nickel Aluminum Bronze. They occasionally have smaller but for my process and range of ferrule sizes I usually don’t need it any smaller.
