8 ft 6/2 Bamboo Pack Fly Rod - ???

This is the board to ask about the identity, or for an appraisal, of a rod. Please use the outline as explained on the board. If there is a makers name, list that in the subject line. Make sure you include the length, number of sections, any identifying markings and the general condition. Adding photographs is always helpful!

8 ft 6/2 Bamboo Pack Fly Rod - ???

I have been a long time reader of this board, and finally decided to signup and post - thanks to all for the good info here!
Came across this at a local estate sale, in the bottom of a large tackle box: 8 foot, 6 piece, two tip bamboo Pack / Travel fly rod: It appears unused and comes with the navy blue sleeve. No manufacturer marks except the decal above the hook keeper as shown in the pics. Unfortunately both the male and female ferrules at the first joint have hairline cracks. It doesn't appear to be a high end rod, but was wondering if anyone knows the manufacturer and possible value. Kind of a unique item.
Thanks.
Jake

Made in Japan. More of a novelty than a serious rod to fish but if the ferrules weren't damaged you could mount a reel and line it.
There may be members here that can give a positive maker ID?

Not much value, I'm afraid, especially with cracked ferrules.
