Fishable lengths? Mine are 8' to 9'6". 2 and 3 piece. I do have a Sage 4711 LL but that is my "short rod" and not bamboo as the rest are.
My 8-1/2' rods are my favorites and I fish smaller to medium sized waters here in Central NY State.
I'm with you. 8 1/2 feet is a very fishable length.
