Can anyone tell me if Tom Nigro was making standard quads as opposed to rectangular quads. Was he making both or not. Or was he just making "R" quads when he was in business? Thank you in advance.

I believe he was making both. Crazy Mountain Outdoor has a few of his rods if you want to look at some.

I don't need to look at them. I've already seen them in the past. I'm inquiring for someone else.

There is a standard quad on the auction site at this moment.

Thanx! I saw that. But I spoke to the owner, it is not a rectangular quad. It's a standard (Square) quad. I'm in the market for one of Tom's rectangular quads. I had one a dozen years ago and sorry ever sold it. :)
