Hardy Trout Rod

I was given this rod a few years ago and is somewhat a mystery to me. It seems to be a 3 piece trout rod of 11ft with a serial number of 06226 / the bag seems to be genuine as it fits like a glove and has at some point had an extra tip as there is a slot for one in the bag. I have never seen a brass hardy screw reel seat like this one with what seems like a rosewood shaft. It seems to have been kind of cleaned up sometime in the past to be used but cannot be sure. Hoping someone can help me with some info - many thanks
