There is a 'real photo' postcard of this image around but it's quite scarce.

It would be nice to have a clearer image of the people (for identification). The postcard probably isn’t clear enough either.
In searching the Greenfield paper I came across several mentions in the late 1920s regarding films that Montague made about, among other things, rod production at the various factories.
Those would be a treasure to find. Possibly destroyed by fire or inadvertently thrown out, but also possibly in an attic somewhere waiting to be discovered.
