1998 Hardy Bougle Reissue Question - LHW?

I'm looking at these late 1990s Bougle reissues with their leather cases. They look nice. I think they were 1903 patent reissues. Can I reverse the retrieve on these, or are the pawls permanently set to right hand retrieve?

If it's one of the 1903 reissues, it's right hand wind only. Though with the drag adjustment backed off all the way it's pretty neutral.


I have another copy which has had a rough life - with some accurate milling, drilling and tapping it may soon be LHW, but not a simple task.
