First off you need an active account with a picture host such as Photobucket (other products are available) assuming that you choose Photobucket then the following is the best guide we have (kindly posted by 2dabacking) ;
Once you have uploaded photos to PhotoBucket, follow these steps:

Step 4 (Make sure you have your cursor in the location that you want to paste the image):
After you click on "Paste Media," the actual photo will not show up in your post until you click the "Submit" (or "Preview") button. It will show up like this until you click "Submit": http://i1120.photobucket.com/albums/l49 ... Photo1.jpg[/i m g]
If you have not yet uploaded photos to PhotoBucket, you can upload the photos from this Site by logging in to your PhotoBucket account (Step 3) and choosing the "browse" and "upload" buttons in Step 4 above. Then you can insert images into your posts by following Step 4.
