Hello All, Here are a few shots of my latest American classic in nickel silver and hard rubber. It is in excellent condition some might polish it more but I
will be happier when this one oxidizes to a softer sheen. The reel foot is unusual being of the style of Malleson maybe Pflueger. The counter balanced handle
also has a nifty style. The reel is marked faintly but easily visible to your eye. Enjoy the pictures. reel is not for sale at this time. Best,Paul

Thanks it is a nice little reel. The foot is stamped with the 100 designation. I thought 100yds of what ? Who do you think made it ? Best, Paul

Paul,I am going to with an unmarked Hendryx due to the crankimg arm on the hard rubber as I have a one on my desk that is marked.The other may be Chubb if it
seems rather robust in weight if not could be an early JVH.Don

That will help us narrow it down. Very nice old reel what is the diameter ? Please do not polish it beautiful as is. I am leaning to Julius Vom Hofe on your
reel. Don thanks for the info. I would like to see the foot on your reel. I have not seen a marked Hendryx of this quality level. not to say it isn't out
there ,I just have not seen one. Best,Paul
