I thought I would start a post where the poster posts one picture (can post again, but one picture per post) of his favorite fly fishing/bamboo rod picture
from this season's fishing. My picture was taken today, and is the 'end of the season' line up at my cabin on the Pecos in northern New Mexico.

I guess I'll throw my hat in the ring. We gave these rods quite a workout this past season in Wisconsin, California and Montana. The makers are Carlin,
Carlin, Ramanauskas, Schroeder, Schroeder and Norling.

Yours truly with a nice trout taken on DePuy's Spring creek with a $ weight quad by Don Schroeder. This rod is one of the latest from Don featuring a
hollowed butt and solid tip.

I thought the $ weight was the Winston Perfect hanging on the rod . . .

Here's one from the Sawkill River in early August. I like being able to see the reel through the brown's tail. The rod is a 6 1/2 foot Don Schroeder
4 weight hex, with a 2 7/8 inch Winston Perfect $ weight reel...
